New Years Card: We order them at notecardcafe.com

Postcards: We send them out monthly. Here is the front and back. Create a sign logo like we did to establish a logo. We can give our designer permission for you to bootleg the postcard. We use this company to design and print. thinkpro.net We got the indicia (stamp) at usps.com It makes the mail cheaper. I wouldn’t worry about this until you start sending them out consistently, then figure out how to save money. We then have Think send them over to our mail house that delivers. I still remember the days of stamping all of them and dropping them off at the post office myself. Just grow into it!

Homebot.ai: This is a great tool and I think it’s $25 a month. homebot.ai I would hook everyone you know up on this. One of the most leveraged ways to stay in contact with people, provide value with what their home is worth. Set yourself up on one and I think you’ll see the power in it.

Monthly Video Email: Grow into this. First you can use a system like bombbomb.com We now use Vyral Marketing to help us produce our monthly video newsletters. getvyral.com You want to make sure you are your network form of media and how they get real estate info. Your network is being bombarded with ads on tv for 72sold, Opendoor, Offerpad, Zillow. You have to stay in front of your friends, family and past clients more than ever. I can always help coach you on this as I have a ton of topics you can do.

Referral Letter: Once a year we send a letter with how to send us a referral. as well as a magnet.

4x Text Messages: Every quarter, Jan 1, April 1, July 1, Oct 1 print your list from your CRM. Divide the amount of contacts you have by 90 and put that number at the top of the list. This is how many people you need to text a day. Just say ‘I was thinking about you today” or “what’s up”. Depending on your relationship. Remember this is just to say Hi and see how they are doing.
