I'm Chris Bowers
I started my real estate career at 22, going from roofing homes to selling them. From the beginning, I focused on understanding the money models that would allow me to scale a business designed around freedom and longevity. My first priority was staying out of debt, which gave me the flexibility to sell fewer homes while intentionally building a life by design.
Over the years, my wife and I have built a business we are proud of. Together, we purchased 20 single-family homes, built a team of 14 agents, and closed 135 homes in a single year. As our vision evolved, we shifted our focus from building a traditional team to creating a collaborative real estate community centered on freedom, connection, and wealth-building.
Today, we lead a thriving community of more than 165 agents, with an average of six new partners joining every month. Our passion is sharing the strategies and models that helped us achieve financial freedom so other agents can create businesses and lives they do not need a vacation from.
