I'm Nolan Rucker

I’ve lived in Arizona my whole life and built my career in the Northeast Valley, mostly around Scottsdale and North Phoenix. I grew up around real estate since my dad is a broker, and six years ago I decided to dive in full-time. Since then, I’ve sold over $170 million in volume and helped more than 600 families across the Valley.

 I’ve been blessed enough to have more than 70 agents follow me and join me at eXp in just the last two years. My focus now is building a strong community of agents and business people who want to grow together, support each other, and create businesses and lives that are bigger than just the next deal.

 My goal moving forward is simple: keep growing this community with the right people, keep raising the standard of what a real estate career can look like, and continue to serve clients at the highest level while helping other agents succeed along the way.
