I'm Avo Awanesian

After spending over a decade in corporate sales and leadership, I decided to bet on myself and walk away from the comfort of a steady paycheck to chase something bigger. In March 2023, I left my corporate career and jumped into real estate full-time.

I started out on a team but quickly realized I wanted to build something myself, a business I would be proud to own. That’s when I partnered with eXp Realty and launched my solo business under Ace Realty Group.

Fast forward to today I'm in just my third year in the business and I’ve helped over 40 families buy or sell a home this year, producing nearly $30 million in volume. What I’m most proud of is that the majority of that business comes from my sphere and referrals. It’s built on trust, results, and genuine relationships!

Now, I get to share what I’ve learned with other agents. I teach classes on how to nurture and market to your sphere of influence to create a referral-based business that lasts. Because for me, it’s never just been about selling homes, it’s about building something meaningful that makes an impact.
